Coin Policy
1 coin = Rs.1. Products are listed and purchased using coins. Users can earn coins by selling accepted items, or recharge coins using UPI. Coins are credited only after admin/payment verification. Coins cannot be converted back to cash, except in genuine payment/recharge errors.
Sell Item Policy
Users can submit unused items for selling on GIVE & TAKE. Coins are not credited immediately after upload. Coins are credited only after pickup, product verification, warehouse check, final valuation, and admin approval. If the product condition is different from what the user submitted, GIVE & TAKE may reduce the coin value or reject the item.
Product Verification Policy
Every product is checked before it is listed for buyers. GIVE & TAKE may verify photos, condition, brand, working status, damage, repair needs, cleaning needs, and category-specific checks. For mobile phones and electronics, additional checks such as display, battery, speaker, camera, charging, lock/IMEI, and diagnostic tests may be required. Final listing approval and price are decided after verification.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 24 to 48 hours of delivery only if the product is not as described, wrong, damaged beyond the listed condition, or has an issue not mentioned before purchase. Returns are not accepted for normal change of mind, dislike, or issues already mentioned in the product details.
Refund Policy
For valid product returns, refunds are given in coins. Rupee refunds are provided only for genuine UPI recharge/payment errors, duplicate payments, or failed recharge cases verified by GIVE & TAKE. Coins earned by selling items are not directly withdrawable as cash.
Delivery Policy
GIVE & TAKE currently operates only in Lucknow, Ayodhya, and Gonda. Pickup and delivery are handled through internal/local partners. External delivery apps are not connected at launch. Delivery availability, timing, and charges may depend on city, product size, product value, and serviceability.
Prohibited Items Policy
Users cannot sell illegal, stolen, fake, unsafe, adult, food, medicine, alcohol, tobacco, hazardous, animal-related, personal hygiene, government document, weapon, or restricted items on GIVE & TAKE. GIVE & TAKE can reject any item that is unsafe, suspicious, damaged beyond acceptable use, or not suitable for resale.

Anyone can apply to join GIVE & TAKE through the Join Us section. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. GIVE & TAKE may accept, reject, or contact applicants based on city, role, availability, experience, background, and business requirements.
Privacy Policy
GIVE & TAKE may collect user information such as name, phone number, email, address, city, product details, uploaded photos, payment reference, order details, and application details. This information is used only to provide pickup, delivery, verification, wallet, order, support, and admin services. GIVE & TAKE will never sell user information to any third party.
Maintenance Policy
GIVE & TAKE may temporarily pause the website or selected services for maintenance, safety, fraud prevention, technical updates, or operational issues. During maintenance, users may not be able to place orders, submit requests, or access some services until the website is restored.
